Office Hours and Fees

Our regular business hours are:

Monday – Friday

7:30 AM to 6:00PM. In addition to appointments, we offer a convenient drop-off service to accommodate busy schedules.

Please note that feline friendly appointment times can be arranged for wellness and preventative health care if we have advance notice.

After hours, please contact the Animal Emergency Clinic located at 393 Woods Lake Road in Greenville, SC, at (864) 232-1878.

Patients are seen on an appointment basis Monday through Friday.

Office appointments are scheduled from:

9:00 AM to noon, and from 2:00 to 5:30 PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Walk-ins are accepted, but will require an additional waiting time and fee, as priority is assigned to the patients with scheduled appointments first.

Drop-off appointments are welcome at any time, Monday through Friday.

Tuesdays are reserved for surgical procedures.

Surgical admissions are from 7:30 to 8:30 AM.

Please allow 15 – 20 minutes for surgical and drop-off check-in procedures.

We ask that you not feed your pet after 8:00 PM the previous evening if it is scheduled for a surgical procedure. Water is allowed up to the time of the morning appointment. Prior to any scheduled surgical procedure, we require a preoperative physical exam and blood work to insure that your pet is in the best of health prior to anesthesia.

Please check with your hospital staff regarding other special needs such as fasting, taking medications, or bringing special diets or insulin prior to any other procedures, including therapeutic drug monitoring and glucose curves. Under these circumstances, we ask that your pet arrive at the hospital by 8:30 AM.

Fees

Payment is expected and appreciated at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, Master Card, and Discover. In addition, as a service to our clients, we offer CareCredit, a patient payment plan designed specifically for pets. CareCredit offers a variety of no-interest and low monthly payment plans. It works like a credit card, so you can use it over again without having to reapply. As an added bonus, it is accepted by the Animal Emergency Clinic in Greenville and Upstate Veterinary Specialists, our primary referral hospital, also located in Greenville.
